Hello there ? welcome back to my space! Let’s go ahead and get into it!


Breakfast:

Cherry Cream Smoothie Prep

I’m usually pretty good at gauging how much spinach to put in my smoothies, but yesterday was not my day, lol. This smoothie would have been so much better with less spinach! Of course as the zero waste person that I’m trying to be, I drank it anyway.

Cherry Cream Smoothie

  • Banana
  • Orgain vanilla protein powder
  • Frozen Cherries
  • Spinach (a handful is enough, lol)
  • Raw cashews

Put all of the ingredients into your blender along with enough water to reach desired consistency and blend until smooth! Taste to adjust flavors, enjoy!


Lunch:

Arugula Salad

I love going through my photos/blog/Instagram to get ideas about what to eat when I’m getting bored! This salad does not disappoint! So damn tasty!

Arugula salad:

  • Arugula seasoned with lemon juice, salt and pepper.
  • Cucumbers
  • Tomatoes
  • Kalamata olives (also obsessed)
  • Avocado
  • Pine nuts
  • Hemp seeds
  • Hummus

Dinner:

Tofu Burrito

I absolutely LOVE wraps and burritos! They just have a way of hitting the spot! This was no different! The ‘recipe’ for the tofu is found Here!

Snacks:

  • Nugo protein bar (these are legit candy bars, haha, so delicious)
  • Ritz crackers
  • Cashews
