Hello there and welcome back to my space! Let’s not get into what I ate yesterday 😁


Breakfast:

Lemon Cherry smoothie prep

Lemon cherry smoothie

  • Spinach
  • Meyer Lemon
  • Frozen Cherries
  • Flaxseed

Method:

Put all ingredients into a blender with enough water to get to your desired consistency and blend until smooth. Taste to adjust flavors. Enjoy!


Lunch:

Matcha Latte with coconut milk and agave nectar
Sweet Earth Harmless Ham Breakfast Sandwich

I was snacking on cashews and I didn’t feel like making anything for lunch so I had this breakfast sandwich. I had tried this product before and I love it. It’s simple and tasty!


Dinner:

Roasted vegetable pasta
Spinach salad
  • Spinach tossed with lemon juice, turmeric, salt and pepper
  • Flaxseed
  • Hemp seeds
  • Pumpkin seeds
  • Tomatoes
  • Garlic olive oil

Dinner was pretty tasty last night! I had some pepper that I need to use so I roasted them and made a sauce! I also had a spinach salad!

Roasted vegetable pasta sauce:

Roughly cut yellow and red peppers
Add onion salt pepper and avocado oil roast at 400 for 20-25 minutes
All done
Add roasted veggies to vegetable broth to cool before adding to blender
Blend roasted veggies and Vegetable broth
Add sauce back to skillet add salt, pepper, oregano, garlic powder and red pepper flakes.
Add cooked pasta
Top with cheezy garlic cashew cream pepper and red pepper flakes.

Snacks:

  • Cashews
  • Almonds
  • Banana
  • Sesame crackers
