Hello there! Welcome back to my space! Yesterday was pretty basic, lets get into it!


Breakfast:

Super Sunshine Smoothie

This smoothie was amazing! I didn’t take a smoothie prep picture because we were rushing to get out of the house to get the whole family to the gym. Definitely give this combination of flavors a try!

Super Sunshine Smoothie

  • Coconut Milk
  • Frozen Pineapple
  • Frozen Mango
  • Ginger
  • Frozen Banana
  • Spinach
  • Shredded Coconut
  • Cara Cara Oranges

Put all of the ingredients into a blender with enough water to reach desired consistency and blend until smooth. Taste to adjust flavors, Enjoy!


Lunch:

Watermelon

While preparing for a family gathering, I snacked my way right through lunch. I had watermelon, bean dip and hummus and tortilla chips.


Dinner:

Spinach Salad , Garlic Bread, Roasted Vegetable Pasta with Marinara Sauce and Beyond Meat Sausage

Dinner last night was AMAZING!!! We had left over roasted vegetable pasta, so I added beyond meat Italian sausage, marinara sauce and Italian spices to make this delicious pasta! Served with a side salad and garlic Bread

Garlic Bread

  • Vegan Butter
  • Nutritional Yeast
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Garlic Powder
  • Onion Powder
  • Italian Spices

Mix all of the ingredients together spread on french bread, bake for 10-15 minutes at 400. Enjoy!
