Hello beautiful people! Welcome back to my space! Yesterday was another busy two meal day but definitely supplemented with lots of snacks! Let’s get into it!


Breakfast:

Mixed berry smoothie prep

This smoothie was tasty but would have been so much better with a banana! I was distracted and forgot to add one!

Mixed Berry Smoothie

Put all the ingredients into your blender along with enough water to reach desired consistency and blend until smooth! Enjoy!


Dinner:

Simple stir fry

Stir fry is one of my absolute favorite meals! It’s simple and delicious!

Easy Stir Fry:

  1. Cut veggies into bite sized pieces
  2. Add a little avocado oil to a skillet on medium heat.
  3. Add onions and garlic and cook for about 2 minutes.
  4. Add the other veggies, stirring often, cook for about 5 minutes.
  5. Add ginger powder, soy sauce and sesame oil.
  6. Continue stirring until veggies are cooked.
  7. Serve with rice or quinoa.
