CHOCOLATE COVERED STRAWBERRIES
Ingredients
- 20 large strawberries
- 1 package of Enjoy life mini chips
- 1-3 Tablespoons of coconut oil
- 2 teaspoons of cinnamon
Instructions
- Wash and dry the strawberries, set aside on a cookie sheet(make sure the cookie sheet can fit in the freezer)
- Use a small saucepan with about an inch or two of water
- Put a small glass dish with tall sides inside of the saucepan.
- Add chocolate chips, coconut oil and cinnamon to the glass dish, stir until melted.
- Dip each strawberry into the melted chocolate and carefully place back onto the cookie sheet .
- When all of the strawberries have been dipped, place cookie sheet in the freezer for about 10 minutes so that the strawberries can set.
- Take the strawberries out of the freezer and let them sit at room temperature for 5 minutes before eating.
- Enjoy!
- Refrigerate for up to two days!
