75 Hard- Day 21- Why I Start The Day With A Smoothie

Hello Love! Welcome back to my space! Another day down on the 75 hard challenge! If you’ve been following this challenge, you can see that I either start my day with cashews(usually while I’m making a smoothie) or a smoothie. I have tried to be an oatmeal girly, a toast girly, a tofu scramble girly but all of those things are too heavy for me in the morning and leave me feeling tired. All of those options are a great option for brunch or for days when I don’t feel like doing much! One of the reasons I LOVE starting my day with smoothies is not only do they leave me feeling energized, I can also check so many boxes off the daily dozens list! How the heck else am I going to add flaxseeds to my diet, lol. What is your favorite breakfast? Maybe I can incorporate it on one of those brunch days! Anywho, lets get into:

Day 21 Eats:

Breakfast Smoothie:

  • Oats
  • Bananas
  • Ice
  • Vanilla Protein Powder
  • Cashew Butter
  • Cinnamon
  • Nutmeg
  • Cardamom
  • Ginger
  • Oat Milk
  • Flaxseed

This combination is AMAZING!!!! Getting all spicy for fall!

Snack:

  • Cashews
  • Grapes

Lunch:

  • Quinoa
  • Sundried Tomatoes
  • Kalamata Olives
  • Red Onion
  • Violife Feta Cheese
  • Seasoned Chickpeas
  • Tomatoes
  • Cucumber
  • Medditerainan Seasoning
  • Mixed Greens Massaged With Garlic Oil, Lemon Juice, Salt
  • Garlic Cashew Cream

Dinner:

  • Pancakes (Brown Vegan’s Recipe)
  • Smoky Tempeh (maple syrup, soy sauce, avocado oil, liquid smoke, smoked paprika)
