Hello Love! Welcome back to my space! My goodness, yesterday was a busy day! If I’m being real, every day as a stay at home mama is a busy day! I often wonder where TF my days go, lol. Anywho, let’s get into:

Day 29 Eats:

Snack:

  • Cashews, I’m really trying to chill but they have a hold on me, lol.

Breakfast Smoothie:

  • Frozen Yellow Watermelon
  • Frozen Mango
  • Frozen Pineapple
  • Frozen Bananas
  • Full Fat Coconut Milk
  • Flaxseed
  • Vanilla Protein Powder

Lunch:

  • Mixed Greens (Nutritional Yeast, Salt, Pepper, Red Wine Vinegar, Garlic Oil)
  • Pepperchinins
  • Tomatoes
  • Avocado
  • Red Onion
  • Hummus
  • Cucumber
  • Quinoa
  • Black Olives
  • Coleslaw(Cabbage, Carrots, Apple Cider Vinegar, Salt, Pepper, Follow Your Heart Mayo)
  • Cheezy Garlic Cashew Cream
  • Red Pepper Flakes

Dinner- Ciabatta Pizza-

  • Ciabatta Bread
  • Marinara Sauce
  • Follow Your Heart Mozorella
  • Italian Spices
  • Mushrooms
  • Onions
  • Olives

Snack:

  • Popcorn
  • Cashews, always cashews
