Hello Love! Welcome back to my space! Yesterday I almost quit the challenge! I’m laughing now but I was so damn tired last night! So tired that I didn’t want to do the second 45 minute movement session. That’s when yoga came to the rescue! I have been enjoying rolling and walking with my family so much that I haven’t made time for yoga! Anywho, it was an amazing session! Let’s get into:
