Caramel Apple Banana Fruit Salad

Yo, I could seriously eat this every day of my life! This tastes like the best damn caramel apple I’ve ever had! You NEED to try this combination of flavors!

  • Sliced bananas
  • Chopped walnuts
  • Vegan caramel sauce
  • Simple Chocolate sauce (agave+cacao powder)
  • Cinnamon
Carrot Apple Bread

I absolutely LOVE getting together with other vegans! We show up and show out, haha! Yesterday I had brunch with to of my friends and it was absolutely delicious ? you can thank Dyan for all of the goodness that comes out of me because she was the vegan that flipped the switch on almost four years ago! Shae bae bae is my other vegan friend that I met at my son’s school a year and a half ago but it legit feels like we’ve been friends FOREVER! Anywho, I introduced them to this deconstructed caramel apple fruit salad I’ve been raving about, y’all need to try it, for real for real! It’s amazing!

Dyan made the delicious and oh so moist Carrot Apple Bread!

Shae bae bae (shae.mae.recipes on Instagram ?) came through with her husband’s homemade sourdough bread and a delicious salad with a dressing made simply of avocado, Lemon juice, garlic powder, salt and pepper! Sooooo good! The morning was amazing!


Lunch:

Leftover seasoned rice, pasta, arugula salad

This dinner was made of the leftovers from a dinner that I went to on Sunday!
