Hello beautiful people! Welcome back to my space! Yesterday was one of those “snacked through lunch, revamped leftovers” kind of days and I’m here for it! Let’s get into it!
Breakfast:
Have you tried this smoothie combination yet, I actually added a banana because bananas are life!
Mixed Berry Cream Smoothie
- Orgain vanilla protein powder
- Frozen mixed berries
- Banana (not pictured)
- Flaxseed (not pictured)
- Spinach
- Raw cashews
Put all ingredients into your blender along with enough water to reach desired consistency and blend until smooth. Taste to adjust flavors, enjoy!
Lunch:
So much empty ? I totally snacked my way right through lunch!
- Safeway select peanut butter cookies
- Baguette with Miyoko’s buttah (butter)
- Banana
- Apple
- Cashews
- Olives
Dinner:
As y’all can tell, I absolutely LOVE leftovers! To keep things interesting, I added more cashew cream and breadcrumbs to the creamy potatoes and added taco spiced kidney beans to the roasted potatoes! So. Damn. Delicious!!!!
Greek Salad
- Cucumber
- Tomatoes
- Red pepper
- Red onion
- Arugula
- Kalamata olives
- Salt
- Pepper
- Balsamic vinegar
- Garlic olive oil
Roasted potatoes and Creamy potatoes
Kidney beans
- Taco Seasoning
- Kidney beans
- Vegetable broth
- Peppers
- Onions
- Garlic
I put all of the ingredients into my Instapot and pushed the beans button! Easy peasy!
