75 Hard- Day 23

Hello Love! Welcome back to my space! Yesterday was busy AF!!!! We had to go to Atlanta to pick up my husbands car. The car needed an oil change and new brakes so we spent the day in Atlanta! The first mistake I made was forgetting my smoothie at home. Luckily I brought some snacks!

After we picked up the car and dropped it off at the shop, we headed to Herban Fix. The last time we were there was 4 years ago. The last time we were there, I remember the food being AMAZING. This time, not so much. It wasn’t bad but it definitely wasn’t as amazing as I remembered. We headed over to Little 5 Points for a little shopping. We hit up The Vegan Sweetie Bakery and got the chocolate cake, lemon cake and butter pecan cookie! I was able to get a few bites of the chocolate cake before my kids destroyed it and it was moist and flavorful!

After we left Little 5 Points, we headed to a game store then went to chill at Apres Diem while we waited for the car to be ready! We had the mediterranean platter and I had the greek salad. The car was finally ready so we went to pick it up and headed home! We got home just in time for my daughter and I to do a sunset walk. When we got home, I made a little snack platter to check the last 4 boxes off of my daily dozens list!

Day 23 Eats:

Snack:

  • Cashews, always cashews.
  • Apple

Lunch- Herban Fix:

  • Vegetable Spring Rolls
  • Steamed Buns( Not Pictured)
  • Crispy Sushi Roll
  • Vegan Crab Cakes
  • Pho Noodle Soup With Tofu And Vegetables
  • Thai Iced Tea

Snack- Apres Diem:

  • Mediterranean Platter (baba ghanouj and roasted garlic hummus, served with dolmas, seasonal vegetables,olives, toasted pita)
  • Greek Salad (romaine lettuce, tomatoes, cucumber, olives, pepperoncini, red onion,white balsamic vinaigrette) I added hummus to make the salad a bit more filling.
