I never would have thought that I would be a fan of brussels sprouts, yet here I am! As with most vegetables, it really matters how you cook them. Roasting brussels sprouts is definitely the way to go!
Ingredients
- 1 pound of brussels sprouts
- 1 tablespoon of avocado oil
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees
- Wash and prep brussels sprouts by cutting in half vertically
- Place brussels spouts on a baking sheet, season with salt, pepper and garlic powder
- Drizzle with oil and toss to coat.
- Bake for 25 minutes, tossing midway
- Enjoy
