This deliciousness was created when I was going through my pour sweet cashew cream on all of the things phase! They are delicious and super easy to make! I hope you enjoy them!
Ingredients
- 2 large sweet potatoes
- cashew cream
- candied pecans
- cinnamon
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400
- Cut sweet potatoes into thin slices (about a 1/4 inch)
- Put the cut sweet potatoes on a baking sheet, sprinkle with salt and cinnamon.
- Pour a little avocado oil in your hands and massage the sweet potatoes.
- Bake for 15 to 20 minutes on each side.
- Top with sweet cashew cream, cinnamon and candied pecans
