The Artist’s Way Challenge- Everyone IS Creative!

Hello Love and Welcome back to my space! Another day down of The Artist’s Way Challenge!!! Woot Woot! As I’ve shared in some of my past post, I have had some of the most interesting conversations in the sauna at my gym. I suppose I’ll call them ‘Sauna Sessions’, lol. The Artist’s Way has been the topic of discussion because, ya know, I’m doing the challenge. Last week I was talking to someone about it and they said they didn’t have a creative bone in their body and went on to share all of the ways that they are not ARTISTIC. In the most encouraging way, I let them know that the arts, are not the only way to be creative! Creativity is inherent in each and everyone of us!!! Being creative is not just about being able to create art. It can be about being open minded and having the capacity to think up new ideas or thinking about things in different ways! Creativity can be about the ability to find an array of solutions for problems. You can tap into your creativity by cooking a new meal, reading a new genre of book, listening to new music, visiting new place, trying a new way to move your body, taking a class on something you’d like to explore, going to see live music! The possibilities are endless! I just wanted to remind you that there is no one size fits all way to be creative and we’ve all got it within!
