Day 31 Reflections
Hello Love and welcome back to my space. Yesterday completed Day 31 of The Artist’s Way Challenge! I think I have successfully gotten over the first ‘I don’t want to do this anymore” hump. Woo, it was a close call, lol. I’m feeling aligned and ready for Day 32!!! I saw this video yesterday and it lit me right up!!!! What we do not express, we repress and that ain’t good hunny!!! As I shared in my movement encouragement we need to be finding healthy ways to express ourselves , putting more beauty and creative energy into the world! Clothes, make up, dancing, singing, creating art, playing an instrument, comedy, writing potions and lotions, building, crafting, cooking a delightful meal, skating…. The possibilities are truly endless!!! How are you expressing yourself creatively today? I have had several dance parties and it feels soul good!!!! Alright, let’s get into these…..
