Hello Love and welcome back to my space! Yesterday I completed day 74 of The Artist’s Way Challenge! I can’t believe there are only 10 days of the challenge left! I’m so excited to have made it this far! The other day when I shared the ‘set your intention” post, I wanted to mention what to do if you are lost in your emotions and not quite feeling like diving into being intentional. In those moments I know it can be easy to get caught up in a negative self talk spiral but it is so important to resist the spiral by leaning into to giving yourself compassion and grace. We are not going to be in tip top shape every moment of every day and that’s ok. The deserve the same level of love, kindness, compassion and grace you would give a loved one!
