Welcome back to space ? I don’t know about you, but when I’ve been on a road trip eating a bunch of unhealthy fried food, my craving for raw food skyrockets! Sometimes I lean into those cravings, and sometimes I spiral! Yesterday I leaned all the way in and it was soooooo tasty!


Breakfast:

Simple Chocolate Smoothie

This is one of my go to simple smoothies. The sesame seeds add a dynamic flavor to this smoothie.

Simple Chocolate Smoothie:

  • Spinach
  • Banana
  • Dates
  • Sesame seeds
  • cacao powder

Put all ingredients into blender with enough water to reach desired consistency and blend until smooth. Enjoy!


Lunch:

Parsley salad

This salad gave me so much life yesterday!!!! I absolutely LOVE parsley! Adding hummus to salads is my new favorite thing ?


Dinner:

Fruit platter with chocolate hazelnut dip and vegan caramel sauce

Omg y’all!!! This platter was FIRE!!!! All of the flavors went to well together! The mandarin oranges with cinnamon, dipped in caramel sauce, just wow! I could eat this everyday!

  • Banana
  • Apple
  • Mandarin oranges
  • Chocolate hazelnut sauce(dates+hazelnut+water+ cacao powder+vanilla)
  • Vegan caramel sauce

Snacks:

  • Peanuts
  • Sesame crackers
