Hello Love! Welcome back to my space. Yesterday I completed day 20 of the 75 hard challenge so I’m almost 1/3 of the way through! If I wasn’t documenting this process, I would have been done on day 7, lol. On some level I’m glad I started this journey publicly, and there are some moments I wish I hadn’t, lol. As the seasons change, I know that this level of consistency is going to be good for me. I tend to fall(ha, fall) into a funk during these sun-less months, so hopefully the public accountability will keep me less funky. Or you’ll see just how funky I can get, we’ll see. Let’s get into:
