Hello Love! Welcome back to my space! Yesterday, I completed dau 19 of the 75 hard challenge! Woot woot! Let’s get into:

Day 19 Eats:

Breakfast Smoothie:

  • Bananas
  • Ice
  • Homemade Oatmilk
  • Oats
  • Cinnamon
  • Chocolate Protein Powder
  • Cashew Butter

This smoothie was soooooo freakin filling! This combo is hella delicious!

Snack:

  • Cashews, always cashews
  • Grapes, not pictured

Dinner- Taco Tuesday:

  • Taco Seasoned Tofu
  • Fajita Seasoned Black Beans
  • Shredded Carrots
  • Red Onions
  • Cabbage
  • Green Onions
  • Cilantro
  • Corn Tortillas
  • Tomatoes
  • Avocado
  • Garlic Cashew Cream (cashews, water, garlic powder)

Snack:

  • Apple
  • Cinnamon
  • Cardamom
  • Nutmeg
