Hello Love! Welcome back to my space! As this challenge comes to an end, I’ve been thinking about the daily habits from the challenge that I’d like to continue incorporating into my life! Although the daily dozens has been a great way to eat a more balanced diet, I know that I will not be looking at that app for a good while, lol. Also, the second dose of movement will not be 45 minutes, but I am loving these after dinner walks with my family! Everything else I’d love to keep! Journaling daily has been amazing! Reading daily has also been amazing! I think I will have finished five books by the end of this challenge! I could see myself drinking a gallon of water a day forever, lol. I’ve never been so hydrated, and I’m loving it! Anywho let’s get into:
