Hello beautiful people! Welcome back to my space ? Yesterday was the day of delicious comfort food!
Breakfast:
I started my day with this delicious smoothie! I didn’t go to the gym today so I didn’t add protein to the smoothie.
Sunshine smoothie
- Frozen mango
- Cara Cara oranges
- Ginger
- Pineapple
- Frozen peaches
Put all of the ingredients into a blender along with enough water to reach desired consistency and blend until smooth. Enjoy!
Lunch:
I made soup on Monday night but I didn’t eat any because I was full from my fruit platter so I didn’t eat any. This soup was so good! Soup is definitely one of my most favorite things to make because you can just throw all sorts of things into an instapot and then boom, deliciousness!
Vegetable soup
- BetterThan bouillon vegetable stock
- Onions
- Celery
- Garlic
- Potatoes
- Black rice
- Peppers
Dinner:
This dinner was made with leftovers from Mondays lunch I just added some avocado and cooked the arugula! It was so tasty ?
Snack:
I fully recognize that I may be addicted to this chocolate sauce and I’m cool with it! I makes everything exponentially better!
