Hello there and welcome back to my space!


Breakfast:

Back to the best damn fruit salad EVER!!! I seriously can’t get enough of this simple and delicious fruit salad! So tasty!

Caramel apple banana fruit salad

  • Chopped apples
  • Sliced bananas
  • Chopped walnuts
  • Vegan caramel sauce
  • Simple Chocolate sauce (agave+cacao powder)
  • Cinnamon

Lunch:

This is last of the Asian Chopped Salad from Costco. I added a little more purple cabbage, cashews and mandarin oranges! So freaking delicious!


Dinner:

This Mac and cheese turned out so good! I realized that I’m missing some photos ?? to make this macaroni and cheese I cooked pasta according to package instructions. I preserve some of the water (4 cups) from cooking the pasta. I add the cooked pasta back to the pot and add Miyoko’s Vegan Butter and various vegan cheese. I stir adding small amounts of water until it’s creamy. I served the macaroni and cheese with Gardein beefless sliders and roasted broccoli! This meal was hella tasty! I highly recommend all of the products that I used!
