I dream’t this one up. Seriously! Maybe it was more of a vision. It’s every bit as luscious as I envisioned and problem going to turn into a cashew. If cashew cream (any variation) is the price that I have pay for this addiction, I will pay the price! This was a recipe came together on my first try, which made me so happy! I’ve added different spices to create different flavors such as cardamom, cinnamon and nutmeg! This sauce is great for dipping fruit, drizzling on oatmeal and as a dipping sauce for sweet potato bites!
Ingredients
- 1 cup soaked raw cashews
- 3/4 of a cup of almond milk
- 2 Tablespoons of maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla
Instructions
- Drain and rinse the cashews. Put them, along with all other ingredients into a blender, blend until smooth!
- Enjoy!
