Hello Love and welcome back to my space! Yesterday I completed Day 22 of The Artist’s Way Challenge! It was pretty damn good Monday! As I shared in my movement message I received some words of affirmation which always lifts my spirits and let’s me know I’m on the right path, ya know!
I’ve been thinking about how we often wait until we reach our goals to celebrate or be proud of ourselves. I wanted to encourage you to celebrate yourself along the way! Celebrate yourself for starting your new job, celebrate yourself for eating that nourishing meal, celebrate yourself for waking up on time, celebrate yourself for getting that movement session in!
