The Artist’s Way Challenge- Every Part Of You Deserve’s Love

Hello Love and welcome back to my space!!! Yesterday I completed Day 23 of The Artist’s Way Challenge!!! It’s inevitable when I do anything that has to do with self help, wellness or building better habits that I confront the parts of myself that are resistant to change. This has me thinking about all of the ‘me’s that have ever existed. We tend to try to distance ourselves from the people we once were but the truth of the matter is, every part of you deserves love. Every past version of you deserves love, even those not so pretty parts. When I start to feel shame, discomfort, embarrassment, sadness or anger about things that I have done or accepted in the past, I remind myself that I was doing the best I could with what I had and try give myself so much patience and grace. I stumbled upon the most wonderful meditation called, A Practice For Self-Acceptance on Insight Timer and it rocked my whole world. If you struggle with making peace with past versions of yourself, definitely give that meditation a listen! Whenever you are embarking upon a healing, self love, wellness journey or even just building better habits, every part of you deserves love! Alright, let’s get into these….
