The Artist’s Way Challenge- Find The Movement That Is Right For You

Hello Love and welcome back to my space! Yesterday I completed Day 64 of The Artist’s Way Challenge! What a busy day it was! It was my daughter’s actual 12th birthday(yes we have been celebrating for days!!!) and she requested lasagne and chocolate cupcakes with chocolate frosting, so it was a busy day in the kitchen! I am excited to get to the point where I will be sharing actual recipes here in the space! Dedicating 12 full weeks of sharing in this space has given me the confidence to continue sharing in this space! Anywho, the cupcakes and lasagne turned out amazing!

I was thinking about that woman that practically shamed me for my energy last week, lol. I’m stuck on her response to me saying “I’m just happy to be here” with “well, I’m not, I have to be here”. Friends, there are so many forms of movement out there, you DO NOT need to be doing activities that you hate. Unless you are in some sort of recovery process(which as I understand it requires certain type of uncomfortable movement sessions)you should be doing movement you actually enjoy! If the gym is not your jam, GO OUTSIDE! There is biking, skating, hiking, walking and if you want to get adventurous and are near water, kayaking, swimming and paddle boarding! If for whatever reason you don’t want to go outside there are TONS, I mean TONS of YouTube videos available for at home movement sessions! We’re talking yoga, pilates, dance fitness and so much more! The point is, every so often you may need to switch up your movement sessions so that you are doing something you actually enjoy! Life is way too short to be doing movement sessions you hate!
