The Artist’s Way Challenge- Remember Your Why

Day 4 Reflections-

Hello Love! Welcome back to my space! Yesterday I completed day 4 of The Artist’s Way Challenge! I’m feeling good and stretched! I know its only been four days but I have had to continuously remind myself why I started this journey in the first place. The thing is, it’s only 4 days in and I can already feel myself changing. I feel more confident and sure of the direction I am moving in even though I’m not quite sure where that is.

If you have started a journey to step into the best version of yourself, KEEP GOING!!! Keep a list on hand of all of the reasons you want to keep going. Keep adding to list list when you see the benefits of your journey! You owe it to yourself to finish what you started! Remember why you started and let that anchor you to see your journey through!

Lunch-

  • Better Than Bouillon No Beef Beef Broth
  • Onions
  • Garlic
  • Cornstarch
  • Thai Chillis
  • Parsley
  • Left Over Rice
  • Roasted Green Beans
