Hello there! Welcome back to my space! Although I publish this the next day, I’m actually writing all of this the night of, so I can say, today was a great eating day ?

Breakfast:

Smoothie before the blend!
Lemon cherry smoothie after the blend ?
  • Spinach
  • Meyer Lemon
  • Cherries
  • Flaxseed

Method:

Put all ingredients into blender with enough water to get to your desired consistency!


Lunch:

Parsley salad

This salad was so damn delicious! I knew as I was drizzling the Meyer lemon juice on top that it was going to be epic!

  • Parsley
  • Red onion
  • Pine nuts
  • Hemp seeds
  • Tomatoes
  • Kalamata olive
  • The juice from one Meyer lemon
  • Garlic olive oil
  • Balsamic vinegar
  • Salt
  • Pepper

I highly recommend this combination of flavors!!!! So good!


Dinner

Creamy mushroom and asparagus pasta

Add chopped garlic and onions to pan on medium heat.
After cooking onions and garlic for about 5 minutes, add asparagus.
Add mushrooms
Add cheezy garlic cashew cream and water
Saucy
Serve creamy sauce over pasta

Snacks

  • Sesame crackers
  • Apple
  • Peanuts
  • Olives
  • Plantain chips
