Breakfast:
Blueberry lemon smoothie
- Myer lemon
- Frozen blueberries
- Orgain vanilla protein powder
- Spinach
- Frozen banana
- Water
Method:
Add all ingredients into blender and blend until smooth. This smoothie was AMAZING!!! Hands down one of the best smoothies I’ve ever had! Definitely give it a try!
Lunch:
Veggie soup:
- Better than bouillon no chicken chicken broth
- Water
- Brown rice
- Carrots
- Potatoes
- Green peppers
- Pepper
- Field and roast apple sausage
- Yellow onion
- Italian spices
Method:
Put carrots, potatoes, onion, Italian spices broth(better than bouillon no chicken chicken broth+water), brown rice, green peppers into insta pot. I cooked the mixture for 50 minutes and it came out perfect! I then cooked the sausage in a skillet and cooked until it was slightly crispy. This was a great combination!
Dinner:
I bought this premade focaccia bread from Costco, put some Miyoko’s mozzarella on it, baked it and called it a day. Super lazy dinner.
Dinner salad:
- Spinach
- Cilantro
- Teriyaki oyster mushrooms
- Avocado
- Sesame seeds
- Soy sauce
- Garlic olive oil
- Flaxseed
- Tomatoes
- Sunflower seeds
This salad was hella tasty! I highly recommend it!
