Seriously, all of the food that I ate yesterday was AMAZING! I started my day with an amazing smoothie, then had an amazing bowl of oatmeal with all of the toppings and then finished my day with the most delicious salad!
Breakfast:
I don’t usually put apples in my smoothies but this apple was going to get eaten by anyone in my snobby “i only eat hard apples” family so I decided to put it in my smoothie! Very tasty decision!
Apple Banana Smoothie
- Apple
- Banana
- Oats
- Cinnamon
- Spinach
- Orgain Vanilla Protein Powder
Put all ingredients into blender with enough water to reach desired consistency and blend until smooth. Enjoy!
Brunch:
I met a new friend and she invited me over for brunch! She had an awesome set up where we could make our own oatmeal/granola bowls! I had oatmeal, raspberries, Forager cashew yogurt(I checked the packaging) almonds and chia seeds! This combination was so good and the company was great as well!
Dinner:
This salad was EVERYTHING!!!!! I love using cooked ingredients on salads, it makes them so much more tasty and satisfying.
Taco Salad:
- Spinach
- Tomato
- Cabbage
- Carrot
- Cilantro
- Seasoned Black Beans(chili powder, garlic powder, onion powder, cumin, salt)
- Seasoned Tofu
- Avocado
- Cheezy Garlic Cashew Cream
Snacks:
- Apple
- Banana
- Peanuts
- Sesame Crackers
