Hello and welcome back to my space! Everything was so delicious yesterday. The highlight of the day was definitely going to a friends house for dinner and having an amazing rice dish with rice, dried fruit, nuts and spices! It was so flavorful and delicious! Let’s get into it!


Breakfast:

Blueberry Cream Smoothie

This smoothie was so delicious! I’m pretty much going to through the line of fruit and cashew mix and see which works best together! Adding raw cashews make these smoothies creamy! Another way to make smoothies without adding cashews would be to add coconut milk! Definitely try this combination of flavors.

Lunch:

Strawberry Banana Fruit Salad

I was craving this salad all day! The great thing about most of the food that I eat, is that it is so versatile! You can mix and match to fit your own desires! Strawberries and bananas is one of my top flavor mixes! Its so damn tasty!

Dinner:

Rice, cranberries, pistachios, Carrots, raisins, almonds, green onions
Rice dish, chickpea pasta salad, sweet potato, lentils

I went to my friends house for dinner last night and had an amazing and flavorful dinner! On the menu:

  • Fried Sweet Potato
  • Lentils
  • Chickpea Pasta Salad
  • Spiced rice dish with cranberries, carrot, green onions, almonds, raisins and pistachios

Snacks:

Chocolate Chip Cookies
Coconut Macadamia White Chocolate Chip Cookies

I made cookie dough on Saturday for my monthly family day! I didn’t end up making the cookies until yesterday! I ate ENTIRELY too many cookies yesterday!
