Hello there and welcome back to my space ? yesterday was a super busy day, so busy in fact, I only had to meals! Thank goodness they were super nourishing! Let’s get into it!
Breakfast:
In keeping with the creamy smoothie business, I decided to try the combination with frozen raspberries, omg so freaking delicious!
Raspberry Cream Smoothie
- Orgain vanilla protein powder
- Frozen raspberries
- Banana
- Raw cashews
Put all of the ingredients into your blender with enough water to reach your desired consistency and blend until smooth!
Dinner:
This is the last of the leftovers from Sundays dinner! I would definitely make this rice dish again! It was so rich and flavorful!
Rice dish over sweet potato:
- Seasoned rice( cardamom, turmeric, cinnamon)
- Sweet potato
- Carrots
- Pistachios
- Cherries
- Golden raisins
- Almonds
Arugula salad:
- Carrots
- Arugula
- Radish
- Tomatoes
- Lemon juice
- Salt
- Pepper
Snacks:
- Hash browns
- Nugo protein bar
- Tortilla chips
- Hilarys black bean burger patty ( so delicious, I would definitely buy these again)
- Peanuts
- Cashews
