Good morning beautiful people ?❤️ welcome back to my space ? yesterday’s highlight meal was that AMAZING oyster mushroom salad!


Breakfast:

Strawberry banana cream smoothie prep

I’ve been revisiting this smoothie because it is so damn delicious ? the cashews really make it creamy! I highly recommend this combination of flavors!

Strawberry banana cream smoothie

  • Frozen strawberries
  • Banana
  • Spinach
  • Orgain vanilla protein powder
  • Raw cashews

Place all ingredients in to your blender with enough water to reach desired consistency, blend until smooth. Taste to adjust flavor. Enjoy!


Lunch:

Oyster mushroom salad

I’m just placing this in the lunch area even though I had it as a pre-dinner salad. This salad was so delicious!

Oyster mushroom salad:

  • Teriyaki oyster mushrooms
  • Celery
  • Cucumber
  • Tomato
  • Avocado
  • Toasted black sesame seeds
  • Red onion
  • Red pepper flakes
  • Sunflower seeds
  • Hemp seeds
  • Ginger
  • Soy sauce
  • Sesame oil

Dinner:

Veggie soup with lentils and chickpeas
Garlic bread

The soup was left over from the other day! Soup-er satisfying! Haha

Garlic bread:

  • Vegan butter
  • Garlic powder
  • Onion powder
  • Nutritional yeast
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Garlic olive oil

Preheat oven. Mix all of these ingredients together . Spread on bread. Place on cookie sheet and bake for about 10 minutes! Enjoy!
