Hello there! Welcome back to my blog! Today was a simple eating day and everything was so delicious!
Breakfast:
- Frozen pineapples
- Frozen banana
- Frozen cherries
- Spinach
- Orgain vanilla protein powder
- Flaxseed
Method:
Put all ingredients into blender with enough water to get to desired consistency, blend until smooth! Enjoy ?
Lunch:
- Quinoa – cook according to instructions
- Green beans and shiitake mushrooms
- Spinach – sauteed with a little sesame oil and coconut aminos
Dinner:
I didn’t really feel like dinner because my lunch was pretty filling. This peanut butter banana nice cream bowl is my new old favorite thing! I used to eat nice cream all the time! I totally welcome this comeback! This bowl is pretty much the same as the one I had yesterday, I just added coconut shreds!
- 3 frozen bananas
- Peanut butter
- Drizzle of maple syrup
- Cinnamon
Method:
Put all ingredients into blender and blend until smooth!
Topped with:
- Homemade granola
- Coconut shreds
- Cacao nibs
- Banana walnuts
Snacks:
- Yes bar
- Sesame crackers
- Peanuts
- Apple
- Plantain chips
