Hello Love! Welcome back to my space! Yesterday I completed day 11 of the 75 hard challenge. Not gonna lie, I almost threw in the towel yesterday. The meal planning around checking off daily dozen boxes is NOT easy. It requires mindfulness. It requires planning. Yesterday I didn’t know if I had it in me. I pulled myself through by asking, ‘what do you think will happen if you don’t give up on yourself this time?’ So I’m asking you, what do you think will happen if you don’t give up on yourself. What do you think will happen if you see that project through, if you keep on flexing that consistency muscle? Well, you’ll only find out if you keep on going! Dont give up boo, you got this!
Yesterday was a pretty boring day that I simply don’t feel like writing about so lets get straight into:
Day 11 Eats:
Breakfast Smoothie:
- Frozen Banana
- Frozen Yellow Watermelon
- Frozen Mango
- Frozen Pineapple
- Cashew Milk
- Flaxseed
- Vanilla Protein Powder
This smoothie was incredible!!!!!! Such an amazing combo!
Festival Pasta Salad:
- Pasta
- Trader Joes Kale Pesto
- Kalamata Olives
- Sundried Tomatoes
- Cucumbers
- Salt
- Pepper
This pasta salad was soooooo good! I will definitely be creating a salad talk for the one!
Snack:
- Grapes
Dinner Wrap:
- Hummus
- Roasted Chickpeas
- Peppers
- Red Onion
- Cabbage
- Cucumber
- Tomato
This wrap was EVERYTHING! Wraps always hit the spot!!!
