75 Hard- Day 17- Let Them Know

Hello Love. Welcome back to my space! Day 17 of the 75 hard challenge was pretty breezy! I started my day by sleeping in until 6:30. I know that doesn’t sound like sleeping in but I’m usually up before 5! After I walked the dogs, I went to the park and because I was there later, I was able to see my friend Sky! When I first started coming to the park, I would see her and she would cheer me on. It was really sweet. Then finally on a rainy Sunday morning, we finally introduced ourselves. During our chat, I found out she has been vegetarian for over 30 years and also refers to nature as church. Kindred spirits for sure.

When I ran into her yesterday she just lit up when she saw me. It was the sweetest! We chatted for a bit and when I shared my daily movement encouragement I included how I felt in her presence. When I was leaving the park, I saw that she was leaving as well and shared the uncut video with her. When it was done, she turned to me and said “I feel the same way about you, you’re so easy to love”. It was the most beautiful moment. I share all of this to say, if there is someone in your life that lights you up, please let them know! You have no idea how impactful it can be! Say IT!!!!

Breakfast- Baked Oatmeal

  • Oats
  • Maple Syrup
  • Vanilla
  • Homemade Almond Milk
  • Cacao Powder

I blended all of these ingredients in my blender and blended until smooth. Put the mixture into a square brownie pan and bake for 25 minutes at 350.

Smoothie:

  • Frozen Watermelon
  • Frozen Blueberries
  • Frozen Pineapple
  • Coconut Water
  • Flaxseed

Snacks:

  • Cashews, always cashews
  • Cold Tofu

Dinner Bowl:

  • Mixed Greens
  • Tomatoes
  • Hummus
  • Roasted Cauliflower
  • Mushrooms, Red Onions and Snap Peas
  • Roasted Brussels Sprouts
  • Basil
