Hello Love! Welcome back to my space! Yesterday I completed day 12 of the 75 Hard Challenge and I am pumped! I spent the past two days in and out of doctors offices trying to figure out why my mother in law lost her ability to walk. These past few months have been rough on all of us but they have especially been rough for her. Watching her go through this has heartbreaking and eye opening. I cannot stress this enough, do not wait until your health is in shambles to take care of yourself! Take that walk. Drink that extra water. Make sure you’re nourishing yourself! Your future self will thank you!

Breakfast Smoothie-
- Frozen Bananas
- Frozen Bluberries
- Frozen Spinach- I do NOT recommend using frozen spinach in your smoothies! No matter how much I blend, there are balls of spinach floating around in my not so smooth-ie, lol
- Chocolate Protein Powder
- Cashew Milk

- Mixed Greens Massaged With Lemon Juice, Garlic Olive Oil, Salt and Pepper
