I am coming up on my 1 year alcohol free anniversary on the 22nd of this month and I’m super pumped about it! If you are thinking about giving this alcohol free life a try, do it!!! A few things that have helped me during this year have been:

Day 14 Eats:
Breakfast Smoothie:
- Chocolate Protein Powder
- Frozen Bananas
- Cashew Butter
- Homemade Cashew Milk
- Flaxseed
- Cinnamon
Snack:
- Peanuts
- Cashews, always cashews
Lunch- Big Ole Bowl of Goodness:
- Mixed Green massaged with lemon juice, garlic olive oil, salt and pepper
- Cabbage
- Radish
- Cucumber
- Dried Cherries
- Tomato
- Taco Seasoned Tofu
- Spicy Hummus
- Red Onion
- Green Onion
Dinner/Snack:
- Apple
- Granola
- Shredded Coconut
- Chocolate Sauce (agave+cacao powder)
- Lindt Oatmilk Chocolate Bar
- Peanut Butter
