  • Oranges

  • Vanilla Protein Powder

Snacks:

  • Cashews, always cashews
  • Grapes

Dinner:

  • Mixed Greens Massaged With Sesame Oil, Lemon Juice, Soy Sauce
  • Stir Fry-
    • Red Onion
    • Cabbage
    • Peppers
    • Soy Sauce
    • Sesame Oil
    • Veggie Broth
    • Carrots
    • Garlic
    • Snap Peas
  • Quinoa
  • Sesame Seeds
  • Baked Tofu(Salt, Pepper, Sesame Oil, Avocado Oil)
