#whatiateyesterday 2/8/20

Hello there♥️ welcome back to my space! Today was a “eat all of the pasta” day??? starting with the leftover pasta salad from yesterday! So damn delicious!


Breakfast:

Loaded hash brown

After eating my way through yesterday, I don’t know what possessed me to start my day off with a loaded hash brown before a workout but it might have been the wine?? if you’ve been around long enough, you know that I despise eating before working out, DESPISE!!! Today I’m kinda glad I did because this was absolutely magical!!!

Loaded hash browns:

  • Safeway brand hash browns
  • Homemade guacamole (avocado, salt, pepper, garlic powder, Meyer lemon juice)
  • Trader Joe’s everything but the bagel seasoning

Breakfast #2

Pineapple raspberry smoothie

My post workout smoothie was so damn delicious and refreshing!!! I highly recommend this combination of flavors!!!


Lunch:

Veggie sandwich pasta salad

Veggie Salad Pasta Salad:

  • Cooked macaroni
  • Cheezy garlic cashew cream
  • Roasted Garlic Hummus
  • Red wine vinegar
  • 25 star balsamic vinegar
  • Cucumber
  • Tomatoes
  • Olives
  • Red onion
  • Avocado
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Yo! When I tell you I ate ENTIRELY too much of this salad today, believe me! This was my lunch and ALL of my snacks! Hella delicious ?


Dinner:

Pasta with red sauce:

We have this combination of pasta at least once a week! It delicious, satisfying and everyone loves it!!! I absolutely LOVE beyond sausage! That’s Miyoko’s mozzarella on top of that beautiful pasta!


Snacks:

As I said, that pasta salad was snack lunch snack so there was no to for any thing else! ENTIRELY too much pasta salad was eaten today! No regrets ?
