The Artist’s Way Challenge- Be Gentle With Yourself

Hello and welcome back space!!! Yesterday I completed Day 35 of The Artist’s Way Challenge! I noticed that I have been hella hard on myself lately (especially in my head) and just as am reminding myself today, I’d like to remind you to be gentle with yourself. So often we put pressure on ourselves to live up to some imaginary standard but we need to remember we are humans, not robots and we need to rest! It’s so easy for many of us to step in when our friends and family need love, compassion, empathy, understanding and patience but when it comes to ourselves, we fall short. I wanted to remind you that you deserve the same level of love, compassion, empathy, understanding and patience that you give to others! Alright! Lets’s get into these…..
