Welcome back to my space ? Yesterday was so delicious! The highlight of my day was a tie between the amazing wrap I had for breakfast and the fruit salad! They were both freaking amazing!
Breakfast:
I woke up craving something savory so I made this AMAZING wrap! The salad was created with everything that wouldn’t fit into the wrap.
Oyster Mushroom Wrap
- Oyster mushrooms
- Cheezy Garlic Cashew Cream
- Parsley
- Sun-dried tomatoes
- Flour tortilla
Parsley Salad
- Parsley
- Tomatoes

- Avocado
- Cheezy Garlic Cashew Cream
- Hemp Seeds
- Sesame Seeds
Snack:
Potatoes are so damn delicious especially smothered with avocado.
Loaded Hash Browns
- Signature Hash Browns
- Smashed avocado(salt+pepper)
- Everything But The Bagel Seasoning
Lunch:
Seriously! You need to try this amazing salad! It was one of the best things I’ve ever eaten, I was temped to lick the plate. The flavors go together so well!
Banana Mandarin Orange Fruit Salad
- Bananas
- Mandarin Oranges
- Shredded Coconut
- Chocolate Sauce(agave+cacao powder)
- Vegan Caramel Sauce
Dinner:
I’m so happy that I stocked up on these delicious frozen pizza! They are great for when I don’t feel like cooking!
