This morning I kicked off day 8 of my personal raw vegan challenge with this oh so delicious creamy dreamy coconut vanilla shake!
Coconut Vanilla Shake
- coconut meat from one young coconut
- 1 teaspoon vanilla powder or vanilla extract
- 1-2 Tablespoons chia seeds
- 1/4 cup of raw cashews
- 2-5 dates(depending on desired sweetness)
Add 20 ounces of water to blender and then add all ingredients, blend until smooth. You can add more water to get the shake to your desired consistency! Enjoy!
