The Artist’s Way Challenge- Energy Exchange

Hello Love and welcome back to my space! Yesterday I completed Day 25 of The Artist’s Way Challenge! I finished the book The Untethered Soul on Wednesday and it rocked my world! I mentioned one of the things in the book that I cannot stop thinking about in my movement message this yesterday, which is the part about the energy it takes to maintain bad habits. I had never really thought about the idea of maintaining bad habits. I might have thought about the money or the time but not the energy of maintenance. This “aha” moment is very similar to realizing that I shifted from one addiction(alcohol) to another(bingeing in bed). I cannot help but think of all of the energy that I have wasted, maintaining bad habits. Can you think of any habits that are sucking your energy? Can you think of better ways to use your energy? I needed to share this because reframing habits in this light makes it easier to keep on choosing a life that I don’t need to recover from! I wanted to encourage you to look at your habits and how much energy you are using to maintain them and ask yourself, is it worth my energy! Alright, let’s get into these…
