Hello Love! Welcome back to my space! Yesterday, for the first time in a very long time, I spent the first half of the day in bed and it was oh, so glorious! Life has been deeply exhausting outside of the challenge and I guess it caught up with me. Luckily, we didn’t have anything planned so I was able to soak up the rest and get up and get my first movement session in, in the afternoon!
When I got home I was able to coax my husband into watching the last two episodes of Lost City before going to Camp Jordan for a walk, clocking my second dose of movement! Even though the day started super chill, it was the perfect combination of chill and productive! Let’s get into:
