The Artist’s Way Challenge- Where Your Focus Goes, Your Energy Flows

Hello Love and welcome back to my space! Yesterday I completed Day 17 of The Artist’s Way Challenge! I truly don’t know what the rest of these little hearts are going to say, lol. Maybe it’ll be a recipe a day at some point! I have no idea but I’m going to need to mix things up soon.

This morning I was thinking about the saying ‘where your focus goes, your energy flows’. I’m feeling this so deeply. My focus is on GROWING through this challenge. Although, I felt some growth while doing the 75 Hard Challenge, I felt more like I was just getting through it, I didn’t feel like I had a lot of time to reflect. This challenge feels different. The hour or three(insert sweat emoji, lol) that I would spend scrolling on my phone at night has been replace with reading and going to bed at a reasonable time. Before I started this challenge, I was almost always in bed before 9, but that scrolling, it would get the best of me. All of the sudden it’s 11 and I’m regretting my life choices. I’m so thankful to have these spaces for accountability! I would LOVE to get to a place where I don’t need them!

Whatever it is you are doing in this life darling, where you focus goes, your energy flows, so make sure you are focusing on the things you want to grow and flourish! Alright, let’s get into these…
