The Artist’s Way Challenge- Perfection Does Not Exist

Hello Love and welcome back to my space!!! Yesterday I completed Day 18 of The Artist’s Way Challenge! Although I am reading The Artist’s Way (obviously, lol), I found myself reading too far ahead and I want to stay in the week that I am reading so I dived into the book The Untethered Soul and it is rocking my entire world.

The book has me thinking about how we wait for conditions to be perfect in order to be in a good mood, to create, to put something out into the world, to go on that trip… you get it lots of conditions. But when you really think about the grand scale of these big, beautiful lives that we are living, perfection does not actually exist. There is the illusion of perfect and real life, lol.

If you are one of those folks (I am recovering) that waits around for conditions to be perfect to act on something that has been on your heart and mind for entirely too long, I just wanted to remind you that perfection does not exist! Do the thing, sing the song, write the blog, record the podcast, dance the dance. At first it might be a little messy but you get to grow through it! Do it, do it!!! Anywho, let’s get into these….
