The Artist’s Way Challenge- A Simple Mindset Reframe

Hello Love and welcome back to my space! Yesterday I completed Day 20 of The Artist’s Way Challenge! A few days ago, in my captions, I asked the question: What is one quote or saying that instantly changes your mindset? My dear friend Constance reminded me of one I absolutely love and use all of the time: Reframing “I have to” to “I GET to”. So often we get overwhelmed by the responsibilities of life. We find ourselves saying, I “have to” do this and I “have to” do that without recognizing so many of the things we wished and prayed for are the things that we actually GET TO do now! I get that life can get stressful and overwhelming but remember that at some point these things lived in your dreams! Instead of starting your day thinking about all of the things that you “have to” do, reframe it and say “I get to” and see if it doesn’t change the way you are looking at the tasks at hand!
