The Artist’s Way Challenge- Forgive Yourself

Hello Love and welcome back to my space!!! Another day down of the artist’s way challenge. This challenge is kicking my butt!!! Still in a good way but I am so tired. It’s not the kind of tired that sleep can remedy. It’s a emotional exhaustion. A frustration that I feel about how long I have waited to pour time and energy into my own space. It’s a frustration for how much time and energy I have put into spaces that did not belong to me. Although I am proud of myself for pouring into my very own space, I still feel pangs of regret.

This mornings meditation: Acceptance Meditation To Open Your Heart by Karen Tatiana was the perfect way to get through those feelings of regret. As difficult as we may find forgiving others, often times we have an even harder time forgiving ourselves. We will walk around feeling incessant shame and guilt for things did or didn’t do. I wanted to remind you that just as important as forgiving others is in this healing journey, it’s just as important to forgive yourself. Remember, you were acting at your highest level of consciousness in the moment. I know it’s not easy but it is so worth it! Alright, let’s get into these…
