Hello Love and welcome back to my space!!! Yesterday I completed Day 21 of The Artist’s Way Challenge which marks 3 weeks down and 9 to go! I went to the park for a dance walk session and then had a little picnic/journal/dance session. It was wonderful! I absolutely love being outside. As I shared in my movement message, nature is my place of worship, my church. I’m not sure if you gather this from me but I do not consider myself religious AT ALL, but I am in touch with my spirituality and I feel most spirit when I’m in nature. There are so many benefits to being in nature that include but are no limited to:
- Improving Mental Health
- Reducing Feelings of Stress
- Reducing Feelings of Lonliness
- Improves Your Physical Health
- Helps You Feel More Connected To Nature
- Improved Sleep
- Boosted Immune Function
